How does the free plan work?
You scan your entire catalog for free — Origova shows you every missing HS code, country of origin, weight, material, and description, no matter how many products you have. You can then fix up to 20 products at no charge. When you want to fix more, you upgrade.
How do I know which plan I need?
By how many products you need to fix. Up to 1,000 is Starter, up to 10,000 is Growth, and unlimited is Scale. Origova shows you your numbers inside the app, so you can pick the tier that covers your catalog.
What's different between the paid plans?
Only how many products you can fix. Every feature — full scanning, bulk fixes, undo, auto-sync, and exports — is on every plan, free and paid alike. You're paying for volume, not to unlock features.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial, so you can fix at volume and see your catalog reach customs-ready before you're charged. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
Origova stops the batch before writing anything to Shopify — nothing is applied halfway — and tells you how many products you've fixed, how many this batch would add, and which plan covers the rest. Everything you've already fixed stays fixed, and scanning is never limited.
How is billing handled?
Entirely through Shopify's own billing — the same place your other app charges appear. There's no separate account, card entry, or invoice from us; you approve the plan on Shopify's standard screen and manage or cancel it from your Shopify admin.
